List in the contract for what damage money can be deducted from the deposit. Listings with the "No deposit" tag have no such payment at all.
Can I contact the owner directly?
Yes, you call the number in the listing yourself; Birev does not take part in the conversation. But the number doesn't always belong to the owner: the listing may have been posted by an agent, so at the start of the call check who you are talking to. The "Verified account" badge next to the name means the user has confirmed their identity. If something in a listing looks suspicious, press "Report listing."
What does the rent depend on?
First of all, the type of property: on the same street the rent for a garage, an apartment and an office is worked out in completely different ways. For an apartment and a house, location, furniture and renovation decide; for an office and a commercial property, street access, floor and square meters.
