Offices for sale: price per m² and listings
A space sold as an office is sometimes really an ordinary apartment converted into an office. Look at the title deed: is the space recorded there as non-residential or residential? You can work inside in both cases, but when you want a display window, a sign or a separate street entrance, you'll run into both the neighbors and the document.
If you'll receive clients, a street-front office visible from the street and a top floor of a business center work differently. In a business center the owner also pays a monthly service fee, so find out the amount from the management company before buying. If there is no parking, clients will look for a space on the street at every visit.
When comparing price per m², compare the street side and the courtyard side separately: in the same building they are priced differently.
