Apartments for rent in new buildings in Khazar district, Baku: monthly prices

In a new building, besides the monthly rent, there are the building's own costs. Agree with the owner in advance who pays the elevator fee and the yard cleaning. Heating in such buildings is most often a combi boiler in the apartment, which means you pay for gas in winter.

If you have a car, turn on the "Parking space" filter and look only at those of the 4 listings that have a space: not every new building has underground parking, and where there is, the space is sometimes rented for extra money. If the building has just been completed, find out whether the neighbors have finished their renovations. Waking up to a hammer drill is not something rental prices mention.
