Daily rent apartments: prices per night
Daily rent apartments look alike in photos, and the difference shows in small things. If the windows face a busy street, it will be noisy at night. Without air conditioning in August or heating in January a trip is spoiled, so ask whether both work. Listings tagged "With video" include a video of the apartment, which often shows what the photos don't.
The address matters a lot too: in Baku, a place within walking distance of the metro noticeably cuts taxi costs. If you don't know the city, take a look at our article on the districts of Baku.
If you're traveling with family, choose listings with the "Not hourly" tag: in apartments rented by the hour, there are many people coming and going at night.

How many daily rent apartments are there now?
There are currently 87 daily rent apartment listings, each with the price per night. An expired listing does not stay in search. But a listing being on the list doesn't mean the apartment is free on your dates: check that with the owner by phone.
Is a daily rent apartment cheaper than a hotel?
If you're traveling with family or friends, most often yes; for one person the difference is small. An apartment usually has a kitchen and a washing machine, and on a trip with children for a few nights that is a noticeable saving on food. But there is no front desk, daily cleaning or breakfast. If you're staying a long time, it's worth asking about a discount.
Are documents required for a daily rental?
Usually yes: before handing over the keys, the owner checks your ID or passport, and some make a copy. Sometimes they ask for a deposit against damage and return it on the day you leave, after checking the apartment. Ask by phone about check-in and check-out times and how many people can stay, so there are no surprises at the door.
What does the price of a daily rental include?
The nightly price usually includes electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are provided. You may be asked to pay separately for extra cleaning, a late check-out or an extra guest. Apartments that need no deposit are marked "No deposit"; you can also pick air conditioning, Wi-Fi and other conditions in the filter.
