Daily rent apartments in new buildings: prices
There are currently 61 daily rent apartments in new buildings. In such a building the elevator works, the bathroom is new, and the yard often has space for a car. The weak point can be the address: from complexes on the outskirts you take a bus to the metro, so look at the map before booking.
In a complex with a guard at the entrance, ask the owner how you will be let in; in some buildings an access card is issued with the key. A "parking space" can be an open spot in the yard or an underground garage, so clarify which. In most new buildings heating comes from a combi boiler. If you arrive in winter, ask the owner to turn the combi on a few hours ahead.
