Garages and parking spaces for rent: monthly prices
If you rent a garage for a car, the main question is access hours. Who will open the gate when you come back late at night, and who keeps the key? In some garage cooperatives the gates are closed at night. If you take a space in the parking under a building, put its number in the contract, or in the evenings someone else's car will be standing there.
For storage, look out for dampness. If there are stains on the walls and floor, a cardboard box will turn soggy in one winter. Don't hide from the owner what you will store: some are against paint or fuel in a garage. If the lights have no separate meter, agree in advance on how the charge will be calculated.
This section in numbers: the average rent is 200 AZN a month. Most listings are between 150 and 400 AZN a month. Based on 14 current listings on Birev; the figures update as the listings change.
